Submitting a question by proxy to the AGM

So, Royal Mail holds its annual general meeting every July. Last year, it was in Edinburgh, on a Thursday afternoon.

Assuming that it's going to be as inconvenient this year, if I want to submit a question by proxy as a shareholder, I should....?
