they never take any notice,l2 years ago had stand in manager who is normally assistant and he is a asshole,he questions every bit of ot and was not even paying the full amount despite several complaints so I started cutting off as have to get to school he then tried to get me done for wilful delays without success and constant pissing people off refusing to talk to people,sarcastic comments etc , and nearly everyone complained in have your say but he is now back in charge again, they just don't care and seem to enjoy winding people up so why are we even bothering

everything is great , theres no b&h , reps are involved with everything that goes on in the office , and where all lucky to have a job , oh and where all overpaid and underworked , all they are interested in was to get a good return % that's why they changed the way it was done , u cant take them home ? hmm I wonder why blue bins comes to mind, its all a load of s**t.

99.8% Would recommend RM to a friend for employment.
98.2% are satisfied with the pay and conditions.
99.1% are happy with the equipment supplied and uniform.
99.65% believe RM is better since privatization.
95.6% consider RM to be well run.
97.9% think RM is a happy place of work.

95.2% were forced to fill the survey in in WTL under duress and manager supervision.
99.1% of surveys were handed directly back to said invigilators without the employee being able to privately seal his/her envelope themselves.
98% of employees off on the day of WTL were made to fill it in on their bench when they got back and couldn't seal it.
DIMs may or may not have 'lost' negative ones they saw.
99.3% of employees were not allowed to take it home and fill it in at leisure and think about their answers.

I think you've confused the managers survey,with the workers.or the management's view of how things are.
