someone on eBay is selling 1000 unused 9am special labels can they do this?can they be used?or is this theft?

Without correct postage paid or franking they'll only get surcharged.

seems a strange thing to be able to sell on ebay though ? maybe RM could track the bar codes and find out how this is happening

I agree.I've just looked through what other stuff this person is selling & they have 1pm special labels for sale too.

These labels are still available for anyone to pick up from a rack in a PO near me.
Years ago you get as many as you wanted from any PO.

When I saw these a while ago I was curious about them too. There seem to be a lot like this on eBay, but apparently you still have to take them to the PO and pay the correct postage.
