Not been paid my SA for Bank Holiday Monday and I am sure I should have been.
am I correct?

Not paid SA for bank Holiday's
This problem has only just come up in our office, we have never been paid sa for bank holidays until recently when a new DOM has taken over. All we do now is wait until payday then remind the Dom so we get paid it the following week. Not ideal but its better than what we had.

I've been told that we don't get paid SA on bank holidays is there anything anywhere that I can take to them to prove otherwise
