Its part of the current negotiations and is lumped in with everything else, one pass, 35 hour week, longer delivery spans, outdoor merging, pensions, monthly pay, no sick pay for 3 days and reduced eligibility, 3 bundle method etc. I wouldn't be expecting a quick resolution when the deadline on pensions given by the Union is 1 Aug.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
