Should somebody be given more tuesdays off than any other day?
Doing 'longs and shorts' this obviously means working more 'long' days.

Tuesdays off.
If you are having more Tuesdays than any other then you're working more than 39hrs a week if you're full time, so either claim it or come in later on a day of your choosing if it's long and shorts at your office. Do not work for free. They tried this with me a few years ago when I was a reserve and I came in later on the Saturday and left bags. They didn't do it again .
