There are rumours she'll go this year, possibly July.
Don't expect anyone cuddly to replace her though, I think the next boss will be even more of a cost cutter than Ms Greene. I think I read somewhere the boss of GLS might be in the frame, that's not good news for us.

She was always going to cut and run, never a long term appointment really.
She has done what was required of her, and made a fortune in bonuses in the process.
We all should realise that the welfare of RM staff was never a priority, and any new boss brings in a new broom.
He/she will have more - even deeper - cuts in mind to stamp an impression and will be more interested in the BONUS on offer the drive us and our union into further oblivion.

They are all the same, no point. Turning it into a workers co=perative or renationalisation would be the only real change for the better.

Miss Greene, being a very savvy business woman knows that she can no longer take this company forward in the capacity that she was first employed to do so. She has done her job and is at the top of her game & taking the shed load of money she has made from wages & bonus's not to mention the big fat pension she has accumulated.
This is a major kick in the you know whats for the business has a whole for ALL EMPLOYEES'S they will now bring a hard nosed hardliner to wield the Axe that already is hanging over our heads & cut and chop he will...Yes I did say HE.
So get ready peeps for it is all down hill from here, if you think its already bad it's gonna be a 1000 times worse!!!

God and I thought I was a doom monger on here well if you think I will be sending her a goodbye card with the free stamps when our own company cannot send a letter to tell us what duty we will be on next week she should think again!

no cost cutting going on here except laggy bands and p739's in short supply, if they cant cover lapsing they pay anyone except do it themselves, yet they pay for 6 coaches, 2 graduates and 5 linos that are not even needed.

Makes you laugh when RM go on about cost cutting and efficiency. If you haven't seen it take a look at RM careers website, loads of jobs with titles you can't understand paying 80/100,000 pa along with bonuses a car allowance and FAMILY health policy. That last bit really makes me sick - we have people who've given their working life to the company and can now barely walk and yet the gimps higher up get a health policy for the wife and their little bastards.

Yes she's a parasite and probably earning shedloads more for doing less than her Yodel and Hermes equivalents. I thought I'd quote those as they seem to be the RMs benchmark for comparison these days.

Not that many ceo's of ftse companies are actually specific to the company's business. They all do the rounds of the companies, making tons of money. We, as shareholders, can oppose any renumeration rises she may be awarding herself though.
