Hats off to those prepared to take / make a stance. The topics of complaint listed is normal RM management procedure,( and has been going on for far too long now ). It's in the main being accepted/expected as normal practice now by the rank and file. Like toothless Alsatians really !

These unofficial walk outs are getting more frequent, but is anything being resolved because the bullying culture still seems to be alive and well within RM. What's the union doing about it?

that they went back into work LIES LIES AND DAMNED LIES
GLASGOW you are being lied to by mgmt re reasons of strike
to stop escalation of action

to the agency drivers who refused to cross picket lines
mgmt doing all arrivals of mail

update on strike
rm shipping up 10 managers from london tmrrw sunday to deliver packets
40+managers in office tmrrw in total
kilmarnock and loudoun mp alan brown has been updated with events
msp labour colin smythe was at picket line today and was fully informed of all issues
he was told industrial action could harm local election leaflets next week
looks like mgmt up for a fight
if this is the case cwu members from kilmarnock may be looking for support from their colleagues from surrounding areas and glasgow
if rm can strengthen their position so can cwu
rm are lying to everyone guys
as happened last time cwu took national action it started in ayrshire (irvine)
looks like a repeat may be on the cards
if kilmarnock ask for support they hope the rest of area stand with them
