Re sign and training

Any offices out there having a office re sign. That includes re training on any rounds that the person doesn't know. Only newbies get training on multiple rounds here.
Any ox area offices or Thames valley region

trouble comes when you have a resign and people need training where do you get the training time from.

say 20 people have moved walks you cant have 20 people training on new walks for a few days or even a day, you would have 20 walks uncovered!

No training at my office unless it's for rurals or firms duties.

When we had a resign, we took a while to get opg on to their chosen delivery because of giving them training. Those that were happy to go out blind, got on to theirs quicker. But if you need training then you should get it.

Wow. At my office you have no chance of "training" on a delivery unless it is a rural delivery.

You basically get sent out and "pointed" in a direction.

I was due to be trained on the new firms duty that I signed for today but it was cancelled due to high sick leave

I was told I was to be moved back to my old duty

Try again tomorrow lino said but may get only 1 days training instead of 2
