DOM stopping payments for extra leave.
Those in my office who have been in RM for less than 20 years are getting letters from our DOM telling them there aren't enough leave spaces for 2018/19 and that they will not be allowed to purchase any extra leave. I take it the idiot is just trying it on and that it is a national agreement that staff can pay a certain amount each week for extra leave?

This happened in our office last year to try to catch up on leave being carried over, were nearly there and from next year we can start buying weeks again.
