Everyone who comes back before their finish time has to do D2D's for all the other rounds before they can go home .
The early starter/runners/ ghost overtimers were going ballistic.
Wonder if they will come in early tomorrow.
This was bought in by the union, not before time and should stop more hours being taken out the delivery office

It sounds reasonable enough to me

If everyone worked to their time then that means that there is genuinely little scope for any additional lapsing. Why would an early starter or runner take out any more work than anybody else if they knew that when they got back to the office, they were given even more extra work to do!

I agree I'd like to see more of it.
.very often in my office I see people flying out of the door early while other people are getting out late and going over their hours for whatever reason. But if the very early finishers can help the later finishers then we all might be able to finish at similar times and those who are cutting corners, coming in early and not taking breaks might actually start doing the job properly.

You can say what you want but ill bet my house that when rm start using pda data to track the speed people are delivering at it wont be the runners that they target with performance issues. It will be people claiming overtime everyday and the ones who say they havent got time to do it all. They will produce pages of data showing other people who can complete on time or before time. And anyone who likes to sit in the van between loops then claims because they go over or cuts off will be in big trouble
