no haven't received it yet , but just looking at this and how does this help the members or is going to reform the cwus way of thinking ? there isn't any questions on the day to day shite that employees go through and about agreements that management are just sweeping under the carpet , its about as good as royal mails have your say . sorry for being negative but if that's it I wont bother , :arrrghhh

Bearing in mind the majority of complaints on this forum about the CWU are about a lack of communication/action either at local, branch or national level I would think the questions are exactly what's needed.

This isn't a survey about royal mail, it's a survey about where the union is failing.

I think most of us know where they are failing , allowing management doing what they want when they want and the office reps getting no support from the powers above . ir framework is a waste of time , they should be looking to take b&h away from being kept in house and should be pushing this to protect members. I could go on but I wont waste your or my time with the rest.
