Advice please, a colleague works 0615 til 1415 daily. Manager has told him that for the next two weeks his hours will be more or less 9 til 5 to cover a collection round. He has childcare issues in the afternoons which makes this impossible, more notice to make arrangements may have helped, can he refuse to change hours?
