Changing weekend to Sunday and Monday

The Newport depot are looking at changing the working week to include Saturday as a full working day,to include SA ,,are other depots looking to implement this change and if so,would it be acceptable to the drivers who value their family time,and does it have to go to ballot?

Your rep needed to go to disagreement with management, hopefully he was consulted with first,also have him to speak with your CWU Regional Parcel Organiser this could have wider implication at a national level.
