Hello,
What's the proceedure for using bank holidays which have been gained through the year? I have 5 to use and am being fobbed off by management.

Grievance - simple as. Some of the Bank Holidays form part of our statutory holiday entitlement so they can't stop you taking it this annual leave year. They won't know that because RM don't teach managers employment law, so give them a teaching experience.
