Yes you can request to see the absence history other than the list of absences that has led to the stage review meeting. I am assuming that your request for the BTW meeting paperwork or the fact that this has been omitted in an effort to have the stage absence dropped will prove to be difficult but if it is to prove how the absence days have been calculated from a previous stage where the BTW paperwork has not been completed then you would bring this up at the meeting and request this to be noted at this interview along with a copy to the employee should this eventually have to go to the appeal stage.
