Paternity Leave - Notice Period

Dear colleagues,

I just found out that employee needs to inform RM at least 15 weeks before the child is born. Unfortunately I found out this a bit late. My child will be born in Early May and the time in between is approx 13 weeks,
Will this cause any problems when applying for the Paternity Leave.

Employment law is employment law tbf paternity is an Entitlement so will be fine.

Give them your mat b 1 form

Since the leave is for the paternity no need of form isnt it?

The form mattb1 is what RM want, they'll photocopy it
