Any advice on being a work place coach apart from don't !

We have 2 in our office and they are both the most disliked people in the office basically because to be a coach it seems you have to be a selfish back stabbed who spends most of his time sucking up to the dom and and lining his own pockets

Make the managers aware of your interest and they'll either bite your hand off, or when a position becomes available you should be considered along with other volunteers.

Note that this is a non-seniority post and selection is made on skills/interview.

3 in ours, 2 of them let everyone strugle and are the first out the door and first back ond home, 1, will help as much as poss
