Hi all, can anyone on here tell me what the kind of figure it would be for a fulltime postie who has got 13 & a half years service leaving on ihr? Ive heard lots of different stories of how they work it out but im sure someone can help on here. Thanks

hi,
I believe you get 34 weeks of basic pay plus PILON,which is around 9 weeks on top of that.
You will also get your shares paid back as a lump sum on top as you are seen as a good leaver.

The shares - you get a choice - cash them in with no Tax and Ni to Pay as a Good Leaver, or they can be transferred to you.
