if not happy with a OH assist Assessment do we have to go along with it ? saying I should be doing more than I can............ can my medical team overrule?.

Remember that it is your choice to go through OH Assist in the first place, NOT your Doms.

I have never seen a case yet where the Dom has implimented an OH back to work plan properly. They tend to ignore it after no more than a few days.

Oh assist can only tell your manager what you agree them to.I always ask what they recommend and until I'm happy with it I don't give permission to forward it to manager
