Unions are losing power, you think wel win the battle? Wr undertook a 5 year agreement in which hours worked by the members to be reviewed every 6 months and people to be made up in contracts has this happened? No? Were screwed, the unions main job is to protect full time jobs? Where's the protection when full timers are leaving left right and centre and no1 being made up soon the union wont have a role because royal mail are doing what they want people just dont realise it
