Offices up and down the country littered with boards covered in macaroni pictures and Japanese words nobody really understands. Cost the business millions, achieved the square root of f**k all but the dodgy old professor made a mint.

As you say, cost millions,yet there are threads on this board,almost constantly saying that they cant/don't get paid for overtime, others bemoaning the lack of staff and full time jobs,poor wet weather gear,appalling quality footwear, yet this pile of steaming turds gets money thrown at it, like confetti, anyone heard of priorities?

Emporers New Clothes - It just changed its name - Coming to Delivery Offices eventually but in Mail Centres they call it "Opportunity Model" and "business as usual (BAU) processes".
