We have been told royal mail managers getting £1200 each Christmas bonus anyone else heard this ?

Incorrect. I know a deputy who gets no bonus as he's a manager over Christmas. Only bonus they get is the one around April time....I say only like it's not alot but it is a few grand

Yes, I know a manager who is usually pretty straight with me and they said they don't get a Christmas Bonus. It surprised me if I am being honest.

Why should they get any bonus?
They don't do anything to earn it, unless you mean they are allowed to threaten and bully staff into finishing their rounds even if it means said person going over their time even if they don't want to.

For what exactly? Our DOM should be paying money back into the company, his performance and "leadership skills" ,have been lamentable.
