Agreed as it cost too much money sending parcels so big and use too much space and make our job difficult.

face it, if our lives are made "easier" by not having these large packages anymore, then RM will just give us something extra to do in its place.

I can't imagine the senders get many complaints of damaged goods, you could jump on those boxes and still miss the content.
