No overtime to be paid

Anyone been told that they will only be paid for 30 mins. If u go over longer than that then u will not be paid.

Management are even holding back mail to keep us from going over. There's about 3 days worth of mail built up that hasn't been attempted to be delivered. Surely this is illegal!!!?

Ours is the same... Got s**t loads of mail left in, d2d pilling up everywhere, packets in the back....... No one to deliver them. The worst ever management.

Sounds fair enough to me.
If they only want to pay up to 30 mins overtime only work up to 30 mins overtime

, she is the one telling everybody what a great job we do at xmas for customers , so I reckon someone could be for the chop if this is happening.

Tons of overtime in our office! Almost everyone is going over AND having to leave mail. We can't keep up.

I am claimed 22 minutes last week. Wonder if it will be paid? Judging from DOMS reaction "No one should be going over!" I fully expect her to scrub it out!

First time ever working nights at this time of year that we have been told we can't start early on overtime and people on deliveries been told if they can't complete to bring it back and throw it back in the frame and take it next day. This is obviously coming from higher than DOM level.

so you have to cut off even earlier to leave time to prep it back in frame

Same at mine, was told today that we should cut our prep off if necessary and leave mail unprepped because we MUST complete deliveries and it is unacceptable to cut off.
