Attendance Procedure and Agreement Trigger points for stage warnings?

Unfortunately the At a Glance section on here doesn't give me the info I require, and my rep is away from the office at moment.

I ve got an attendance review meeting with my Lino on Tuesday and think he's going to try and serve me with a Stage One.

I actually don't think that I ve had enough time off on Enough occasions to Trigger this, and I ve never had any return to work meetings after any absence.

The at a glance section on Attendance says ask your manager for a full copy of the attendance procedure. but as its him I m more than likely to be in disagreement with

I was hoping someone could give me a link to full attendance agreement.

Specifically trigger points, I.E 2 abscences on 2 occasions totalling 4 days , or whatever in general the Trigger points are?

If you're not a trialist a stage one is 14 days or 4 absences in a 12 month period. Full agreement is in download section of this forum.

Thanks . I ll down load it and E mail it too my phone and take it in with me. No way have I been off 4 times or more than 14 days in the last 12 months.

can you be off 4 times, or does the 4th absence trigger the stage 1 ? and for that matter is it the 14th or 15th day of absence which triggers the warning ?

4th absence triggers and 14th day triggers.

You can be off 3 seperate occasions as long as you dont have more than 13 days in total.

Then after 12 months with no absence it will drop down stage from 1 to 0 but that depends on what stage you are.

I believe it has been reduced to 6 months now..

Does clearing the 6 months without an absense on a stage 2 get your record cleared completely or does it go to a stage 1 again?

Refusing to sign a stage in itself is meaningless.
if you don't agree with the findings of a stage review ask for it to be added to the notes along with the reasons and then sign it. Much more helpful if things go further.
