As long as you are still on full pay. If your pay is reduced then the bonus is reduced the same percentage.

if your pt, and you do overtime in this period does that add to your bonus? or do you get only what your contracted for?

also how does the pressure hours effect this ?

Does everybody get the bonus? I started 7 months ago on a 30hr contract and this is the first have heard of it? How much do you get?

It's £200 for full time 39hr so a 30 hrs contract would be about 3/4 of that.

If you're made up to full time and your payslip says 39 hours contracted over the Christmas period then you'll get the full bonus

No you don't ! The 2 separate christmas bonus have two different qualifying criterias and 2 separate pay directives.

The EX IWM £100 bonus which has been around for many years has a criteria that if you work 2 weeks in December at an higher contract than you will qualify for an higher share of that xmas bonus up to the full £100.

The second £100 Christmas Bonus which was the replacement to the Colleague Share scheme is based on a part timers average hours on single rate pay ( not SA ) during the year.
