The SWT is to determine how safe it is when out on foot or driving. If deemed unsafe at any delivery point, just bring the mail back. Simples.

If you're on a hct duty youre not allowed to push it along non cleared paths (snow ice etc) so remember that when it's snowing and they want you to go out
