Hi,
is it possible to get IHR with pension due to arthritis in Knees, lower back and ankle, struggle to get another jobs as sitting causes back ache, standing walking causes swollen knee and ankle, thanks

The short answer is yes but several factors have to be implemented and considered. Firstly arthritis is covered in the Equality Act 2010 as a form of disability and RM as an employer would have to make certain adjustments to your duty to accommodate this disability. Due to the areas of arthritis that you have described in your post then I would put you as a strong candidate for IHR.
You can commence the process of IHR yourself by requesting to be considered for IHR and you will be referred to OH Assist by RM for their recommendation and they may require access to your medical records from your GP. Not knowing your age or if you have already been in receipt of any part of your accrued pension IE NDA 60 but you can receive a lump sum payment with immediate pension.
