Hi there, since the new format business reply licence codes came in e.g Freepost Plus RTSD-TFGR-BJDS then the address as opposed to the old type
BR Licence No SE4291 then the address (as an example) are sorters/ BRE processors finding the old codes are still landing on letters or have firms, customers etc adapted to the new multiple code freepost plus addresses. Are you finding problems where not all customers are writing out the full code of 12 digits or if people can't recall the exact lettering as obviously 12 figures are harder to recall than Freepost BS561 or whatever and just pot luck the guessed letters to create a code.
If a firm has a br licence but the codes wrote out wrongly do you process it simply as a charge to the firm to whatever its freepost licence account is?
