now doing dirty work for mgmt
gathering complaints info mistakes performance issues for their masters for their one plan
next thing we know they will actually be grassing up fellow workers to their lords

Got 3 of them on our office, 1 in the locker usually afternoons, earns his money, 2 usually stand in manager, always on the ball, 3 does fu ck all, and usually the first out the door, and he's the one whos supposed to help the newbies, I think the most hes done is box off, and that was because he was told too.

Line managers might not like them because they represent a future that they don't particularly want i.e. delivery outdoors

But if Royal Mail absolutely insist on making bigger duties, rolling back staff numbers and cutting back on staff overtime then that is what they are going to be doing I guess.
