Had an empty envelope from Zurich Mail team today

whats meant to be in there ??? I already had the my bundle letter wednesday is this another letter ? Its never been sealed so nothing was ever put in it by the look of it

Had this around 2 years ago on my round. It was Pension documents. I only know because the customer questioned why they would send an empty envelope. I think it's mass mail so now and then it skips one and just sends it empty.

Yep, Pension Newsletter - just general information and nothing personal in it at all. Also an "Expression of Wish" form for nominating who the benefits should be paid to if you die.

Basically, they want us all to contribute "tier 3" pension amounts (6%) which will be supplemented by RM with 9%, instead of the standard 4/7% contributions.

Plus there is a form to fill in regarding who gets some money, should the worst happen and you pop your clogs while still working for RM.
