Those are your pension contributions. I assume you have just hit the 12 month mark and have therefore have been automatically enrolled into the Workplace Pension
PSE (pension salary exchange)
Adj (i think stands for adjustment)
MIN (minimum payment - as you haven't stated that you wish to pay more)
The first line is what is deducted from your basic pay, the "arrears" is what has been deducted from any OT
