Anyone else been experiencing problems with their PDAS over the last two days?

Ours keeps hanging. They are also not sending any of our scans through at all. Even on indoor mode! We've been told it's a national problem.

Yes, last couple of days but after refusing to log in first thing this morning they suddenly kicked in and sent all unsent events, however by the end of our shift I had 59 events on mine and my looper had 58 on his. All not sent.

Last 2 days been able to sign in to the PDA ok but seems to lose connection by time I'm out on delivery. Still keeps me signed in so just scan everything as normal and they have just stayed on the PDA as unsent items. When I log off at end of the day they seem to clear quickly, even before its back in the cradle.

No.

Not last two days, but every day since we got them a couple of months ago.

Ours were the same!

Tried logging in, but then login failed. Logging in second time without connecting to the network (second attempt gives you this option) means the PDA can be used as normal :)

Still waiting to get ours. We've got about ten of them in the office so it's first come first served, everyone else gets the bricks.

We only had 1 working PDA between the 2 of us today.
Why there can't be a manual way to log in to PDA offline

have had our New PDA's for almost two months now, We have been trained how to use them etc.

was supposed to go live six weeks ago, got pushed back by two weeks! and then again by two weeks and now not using them until after Christmas.

The problem is EE, RM went with a cheaper deal than with Vodaphone and it's all gone Pete Tong.

EE do not have the server capacity to be able to handle the traffic put on the network. hence why the server(s) keep on crashing.

same old RM, trying to save money by doing cheaper deals rather than going all out to be the best that they can be.

that's Privatisation for you
