Question - Minimum hours contract

Just wondering if anybody knows if annual leave is done on a pro-rata basis for minimum hours contract staff? Ive been with Royal Mail roughly 3 years now working full time hours every week but still on an 8 hour contract. Am i entitled to holiday pay?
