Flexing up A/Gs when covering F/T duty

Post by Exrep »

Howdy chaps ,

Not repped for a few years so Im dipping my toes back into the pond on a sub rep basis, shake off the rust .

What I am looking for is the flexing up agreement that states when a part timer covers a full time duty his hours will be made up accordingly.

The poor part timers in our place have been shafted for years, some losing out by well over £100 in there pay packets weekly.

I have scoured the cwu web cant find it and had a hunt on here to no avail ,I know it exists and to change the status quo I need the evidence to my argument.

Thanks in advance chaps

I remember it, it was part of the 2010 agreement.

It lasted sor just two weeks in our DO. I think it blew the budgets and so disappeared into the DOMs we don't do that anymore box.
