shoulder impingement
Good luck fella had one for over two years very painful finally got an op on it...Outcome no more carrying pouches for me if i damage it again surgeon said i will be left with it...Biggest fear now is a fall on it.... Surgeon told me that was me finished with the post office unless i could get an indoor job (no chance) Told him about the trolleys now on delivery he told me to be very carefull even with them..Had to keep on at my doctor for a x ray on my shoulder popped pain killers like sweets and months of physio even injection tried the lot it was getting worse..When i finally got my xray the problem was very clear to see got my op pretty quick..So i would keep on at your Doctor to have it x rayed best of luck (in my op they had to shave the bone thiner hence making it a lot weaker and cut a bit away)

Had this for about 3 years before seeing doc to get diagnosed and then referred to physio. The problem had gone on for so long and I had just adjusted how I did things to manage the pain resulting in muscle wastage which just made the problem worse. Got an exercise program to re-balance and strengthen the shoulder muscles but it took a good 18 months before I managed to get to pain free. Also now find that if I don't keep exercising the shoulder pain returns.

Had this for the last 2 year. had injections which worked for short time but pain and nipping came back, had physio for months and months and didn't really work. eventually had an op, took bone out released tendon, 2 months off work 6 weeks rehab, loads of physio now back on full delivery, much better now tho, physio said im ok carrying bags and using trolley OH assit told me not to carry a bag again, to be honest i split them down so it aint heavy but still use trolley when really heavy but even then some days im still sore have to have codiene to ease it when im home,

My shoulder prob started when we started prepping 3 jobs ,this went on a year n bit . Seen physio after physio, alternative therapists, supplements spent over a grand was desperate. Halfway through that tennis elbow started painful as hell too . Got op on both same time ,struggling mostly with elbow esp when reaching out . T elbow ops take between 5 mnths and a year to get better so struggling headwise too. Soon be coming up to 6 month , and that will be half pay ? Partners fed up of it too lol
