Stage 3

I have triggerd a stage 3 but have never formally been given a stage 1 or 2.
I had the interviews but never been told the result or had any paperwork. Will I get dissmissed?

When you receive your written invite to attend for the stage 3 interview attached to this letter should be your absence history and this should show when the stage 1 and 2 have been applied. As you state that you have had the interviews but never received in writing the decision of these interviews and this has been recorded in your absence history then you need to inform your union rep of these circumstances

When you had the stage 2 didn't you
Bring that up with the manager that
You wasn't aware you received 1st

Mitigating circumstances. Just say someone had personal problems or a mental health issue that they did not want to disclose on on previous self certificates. The business should take this into account when deciding at stage 3. Im sure RM would be hard pushed to dismiss without trying to help or be seen trying to help.

When I had my stage 2 interview I mentioned that I hadn't received my stage 1 result and the manager said he will make a note of it
