Right. I've been at my current workplace for three years now on a 20 hours contract. This week they've advertised vacancies for 23.5hr contracts to the general public. Is it just me or is this just a bit wrong?

Aren't you happy with a 20 hour contract? Do you want more hours? Make sure your manager knows, he might just be assuming you are happy the way you are.
