I have a feeling that this a National grievance. Always! at the later/so called busier months of the year, line managers have started to target the "weaker/older" FT workers in Delivery Offices. With the classic manual mail "prep test". Has there been ANY changes at National level regarding the RM2000, single slot or otherwise. "prep test"? Or is it still the 1min test?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
