Few weeks back was contacted by OH assist doctor

Was contacted by OH assist doctor, on managements request to be made Ill health, I've only been off work 7 months, but have not had any diagnoses from any consultants, still to be seen again by the 4th different consultant,
The doctor said he was requested by Royal Mail to make a decision on me then, the option he has was,
Ill health with immediate pension or finish with a lump sum,

But as I was still to be seen by a consultant in October he backed off,

Can some advise on what these could be worth,
I am a 30 hour postman with service of 22 years,

But also could someone suggest anything that Royal Mail do to help me keep my job ?
As I do not fancy finishing at this time,

Someone said that my manager should offer a reasonable adjustment ?

But been off now for 7 months and not been offered any help, only hassles off OH every month,

Also what does Ill health from immediate affect with pension mean in figures. ?

22 years service but only paid in myself in 2004 ?

Thanks that's sound advice, read through stated if worked for a year, 34 weeks pay and 9 weeks notice, what if you worked over 20 years,
Or is that the same as well ?
Just can't find anything for long term workers

Maximum is 12 weeks Pilon as its linked to the minimum notice period by length of service - For us oldies who have done over 12 years, 12 weeks is the minimum notice and therefore PILON as well.
