Remember that the WTLL session was part of our pay deal.
If you don't get them or take them then that's 30 mins free work time for management per person so if there are 30 postmen/ women in the office they are getting 15 hrs free work.
Our bonus doesn't increase for this only theirs.

We get them most weeks but they have massively improved recently. Instead of the stupid video from RM (which is usually on pause on the big screen), we get a brief statement, a few bullet points of relevance to us locally and the opportunity to raise anything in return. I'm sure that's not how RM intend it to happen but it's more like the staff feedback sessions I used to get in other 'normal' jobs pre-RM.

...... and letter/response in July's Courier reiterates what other posters have already mentioned - they are 30mins compulsory weekly in delivery, processing and logistics.

We have them i would say almost every week on a tuesday, but if it is a busy tuesday they get cancelled. Also the managers rush through the session to get us out the door so the lapsing gets done, very rarely do they last the full 30 minutes. Area rep once told me to sit and watch RMTV until the 30 minutes was up if the manager has'nt used the full 30 minutes.

Still get them. Well, the full timers do. If there's anything of importance then the rest of us hear it through the grapevine about a month later. 2d barcode scanning being one of them.

The DOM puts RMTV on whilst everyone is throwing of their frames every tuesday and nobody can see it.
The reason why it gets played is apparently they(head office) can tell if its been turned on,
don't have Early Learning or whatever its called in our office

Nope not in our office no time for that,dont have time to do my delivery.Boss comes around to sign a sheet t say i did hand brake training 2 months ago. Think i must have dementia cause i cant remember that
