I have just recently noticed on the weekly duties list that all reserves, (including those junior to me) have had their hours changed to 20 hours per week. Mine for some reason has remained at 15 hours. I have no idea why or how this has happened, but is this allowed?
If anyone can enlighten me to possible reasons I would be most grateful.

The question you have put on this site is exactly the same question you should have put direct to your line manager asking for an explanation why you are the only reserve left out for an increase in hours. There could be various reasons why you have been excluded but would prefer to repost once you have received a reply from your line manager.axelfoley666 wrote:I have just recently noticed on the weekly duties list that all reserves, (including those junior to me) have had their hours changed to 20 hours per week. In short if you wanted to increase to 20 there should be a poll and first come first served you should be offered the increase first before more junior staff yes. THey may have made a mistake? Ask first then see your Union Rep if not happy.axelfoley666 wrote:I have just recently noticed on the weekly duties list that all reserves, (including those junior to me) have had their hours changed to 20 hours per week.
