Bank holiday payment, is this right?
If you opt for the pay instead of a day in lieu should you receive the normal Monday hours (8.15 in our office) or, as our DOM has said, 7 1/2 hours. His claim is that on bank holiday weeks the Monday and Tuesday hours are swapped and Tuesday becomes an 8.15 working day and the Monday is a 7 1/2 day. I feel we are being diddled out of 45 minutes per person.

Thanks to any Union reps (higher up especially, local reps excused) who read this. We don't have one in our office and I see why now. Great support top down. The tail wagging the dog?
