Grievance Past Employee
Has anyone any info on opening up a Grievance as a past employee? I have sent copies to Sector managers and no one is replying. Union has been on to them but still no confirmation. Royal Mail has totally failed to acknowledge it. Where do i go from here if they keep ignoring it?

I would imagine they are not replying as you are no longer an employee so cannot now make a "work place grievance" as you are not part of the work force???
I had a mate who left another job in a large organisation after making a grievance against a supervisor and after he left asked for an update. He got a Dear John letter saying basically he had left so that's the end of the work place grievance and if he didn't like it to go to an employment tribunal claim.
