4 Year Rolling sick absence policy

Hi,

Could any CWU Rep please tell me the date that the agreement for the 4 year rolling sick absence policy started please. I have worked for RM for 27 years and am currently on long term sick leave. I have just g one onto half pay but have only been off just over 3 months. Thanks

3 months to half pay i always thought it was 6 months

its accumulative and rolling. So quite possible over 4 years.
