What contract do you have to be on to get a rota week I heard you can get one on a 25 hour contract??

If there is it'll probably be every tuesday off, i have seen some jobs offered for that but maybe only certain offices,
be better on a 6 on 6 off rota if you can live on 25hrs or so

unless your contract is for specific days then its not the hours that matter, rather what system the office works.

you can't have just one person on a 9 day fortnight, or a 1 week off in 6, these are the main ones, you need enough people doing the same rota so that managers can resource it effectively.

unfortunately, rumours abound that non-traditional working schedules will be done way by royal mail as they are not efficient enough.
