i almost fainted today in the heat however a kind customer gave me a bottle of water.

so please guys/girls keep hydrated

freeze one or 2 bottles of water the night before its perfect on hot days.

You must be new because that's a starter's error, not taking sufficient fluids with you in summer - I know because I did the same once, didn't get near to fainting but was so desperate I asked a customer for water. Obviously not based in Scotland either as summer there is between 12:00 and 15:30 August 3rd. each year.

RM would say you dont need a drink to be cooled to get the benefit

You're right Postie. But I've noticed a lot of people nowadays (mainly youths) can't abide a drink unless it's straight from a chiller. Personally I'm not bothered provide it's fluids...... Get through about 3 litres of fluids during my Delivery.....and as Jpro says you've then got to find a couple of "Pee Stop"! Lucky there's a couple of quiet leafy lanes!

Oasis had a song called f***ing in the bushes but pissing in the bushes only take's one hungry rat and that little snake will be gone and if some poor old lady came along you would be doing time.

I'll keep my eyes open for Rats...And little Old Ladies!

There used to be some bylaw, or such, that you could have a pee if you had your van door open (or some such thing) to hide you from view. I know in Germany it's OK if you're facing away from the road. Sensible people the Germans!
