Is there such a thing as not being l shifted off you signed for duty more than three days in a row?
Story is signed for duty 3 years ago , probably been on it half that time i'm getting shifted about as we are short staffed and mine is the easiest to cover. The last eight weeks been more like a reserve and holiday cover and we have a new start that i've been told will be training on my round as we are lapsing the normal training round so getting bumped for another month at least.Spoke to the area rep over a year ago ,he just says happen's everywhere, but it canna be right the same person getting picked on all the time.

Can change your day off with enough notice. Again, operational needs.

There's a good handful of colleagues that have signed for their own duties in our office. Doubt most have spent more than a week on them

So there no such thing? Just a transfer from another office told me about it.

If it's only you that it happens to,that's bullying and harassment.and what's the point having a duty if you're never on it and your day off can be changed.

This goes on in my office. You have new starts doing an easy rural while the senior round holder gets shifted around. But you never see the favourites get moved off their rounds.

Even though i do feeled singled out as no other fixed duty holders don't get shifted i do get that there's limited scope for the Manager.

No they can't.

And even if sighting 'operational needs', then a well timed appointment or pre-arranged day out should put an end to their bullshit.
Sometimes, I wish I wasn't a Rep.

exactly right, whilst the 318's a virtually useless nowadays what isn't are the times you work and the times and days you dont work. For me these are written in stone and can only be changed with the holders agreement. I don't care if your rep agreed it they can only do it with your agreement.only only only
Confused... You won't be, after the next episode of. SOAP
