One of our posited has had an accident recently. I have no idea of the fine details, however I know the Dom has viewed the Trimble data at the time of the accident.
My question is, if the Trimble data cannot be used for disciplinary purposes. How can the Dom make a unbiased judgement having that knowledge in his head. And is this a loop hole in the argument.
